Returns/Exchanges

PetImpulse.com offers a 14 day return policy. Didn’t like the product you received? Simple. You have a full two week window to return any merchandise you ordered from us for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 business days from receiving the returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, contain no pet hair, and be in the same exact condition you received it. It also must contain any of the manufacturer’s tagging, packaging and accessories that were provided. Please note that if the item(s) are not returned in new, sellable condition, they will be returned back to you without a refund.

PetImpulse.com customers are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs.

If your item was received damaged, please notify us immediately and we will replace the merchandise with the same item(s), pending availability, free of charge.

PetImpulse.com does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you after shipment when contacting them.
